  1. Assignment letter between the foreign film production and local coordinator
  2. Copy of Local Coordinator Registration from Office of Tourism Development
  3. Shooting schedule (dates and locations of filming)
  4. Crew list including name, position, passport number and passport copy
  5. Supporting documents in Thai and in English:
  a. Storyboard for commercials
  b. Concept, treatment and interview script for documentaries, TV programmes and public relations
  c. Theme (concept) and lyrics for music videos
  d. Synopsis, final script and dialogue script for feature films, short films and TV series / drama
  e. Details of content and objectives for game shows or reality programmes
  
  6. Please submit the original documents and required copies to the Office of Tourism Development:
  a. The original and 6 copies for commercials, documentaries, TV programmes, public relations and music videos
  b. The original and 25 copies for feature films, short films, TV series / drama and game shows or reality programmes
  
  
  EXAMPLES AND REFERENCES:
  
  Passport scan (PDF or JPG). Photos of a passport taken on a phone while holding it will be rejected.
  
  
  Passport photo must be in good quality on a white background. A white wall can also be used.
  
  
  Film Service Thailand registration as a Local Coordinator with the Office of Tourism Development.
  
  
  Reference for a temporary work permit for filming in Thailand for a period of up to 15 days.
  
  
  Estimate for a TFO film permit and five temporary work permits for international crew.
